LIMA – JULY 7.
N&P, a leading company in comprehensive land management, successfully held a new edition of the business meeting “Tómate un Café”, organized on July 7 in strategic alliance with the Canada Peru Chamber of Commerce. The event solidified its position as a key platform for discussion on “Land and social management: the foundation that supports all investment projects”.
During the session, Daniel Corrales Holguín, N&P’s Project Manager, presented the company’s integrated methodology, which covers everything from physical-legal, registry, and cadastral diagnostics to asset valuation, stakeholder mapping, and preventive community relations.
“Comprehensive land management is crucial to ensuring the viability of any development project. Integrating social management and the use of advanced technological tools from early stages allows for optimizing timelines and significantly reducing legal and operational contingencies”, Corrales emphasized during his presentation.
Furthermore, during the session, N&P showcased cutting-edge technological tools it applies, such as the use of drone photogrammetry (UAV) and the implementation of Geoportal, its proprietary geospatial intelligence platform. These solutions automate georeferenced monitoring and facilitate strategic decision-making for land use rights acquisition.
With this meeting, N&P reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting methodologies aligned with the highest national and international standards in infrastructure and mining management.
